Fitness is a hard road to travel, especially alone. I understand the struggle, mental and physical, that makes up a fitness journey. I don't want to see people spinning their wheels while making no progress. I want to be the bridge that connects you to your desired outcome.

Monthly progress reports. We will take new measurements and compare them to the month previous. We will discuss your thoughts and feelings regarding the progress you have made

We sit down and discuss your goals, how you want to look and feel, and talk about your history, past injuries and experience level
